Herndon, 20, September Monday, 2023 – Skience announced that it has been named a recipient of the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in Emerging Technology for Service ISV that recognizes the innovative use of Data Cloud and Einstein to help their customer, Plynk, realize the future of business across core products.
Skience announced that it has helped Plynk transform its business by customizing and integrating Salesforce and an AI chat solution with the Plynk app allowing their clients to log service requests and receive responses quickly and easily from within the app. Plynk achieved 38% productivity improvement after implementing the Salesforce solution with more efficient responses to their expanding client base.
